Elizabeth & I bought this house to enjoy with our friends and family. We hope one day that our young children will attend the University of Georgia and we'll be ahead of the game. 

Our reservation policy - A full deposit must be made to reserve your stay.

Reservations through our website will not require damage insurance or cleaning fee.

Our cancellation policy - If you cancel 7 days or more prior to your stay, we'll happily give you  a full refund. If you cancel inside of 7 business days, you'll receive a 50% refund due to a loss of potential renters.

NO SMOKING OR PETS due to difficulty of removing smoke or pet urine smells.
